We are to help and encourage one another toward Christian maturity, learning how to live according to God's word and how to serve together as a church (Luke 9:23-24). This team is responsible for the following activities: establishing and directing member training and spiritual growth opportunities, providing classes and conferences to develop members of all ages ability to apply the Bible, and organizing new member orientation and other discipleship opportunities as determined by the team or church.
